backed up my suv.He said that he would have the techs look at my brakes. He apologized for the long wait, the shop was behind; waited for 5 hours.

I was given a written estimate by jovan wilkins of $1370 for labor. When i picked up car, labor was priced more at $1480. I never received notice of price increase by Benny G. I am disputing increase as i was not notified. I sent email to Benny regarding this, did not receive response. This is reason for "not satisfied". Please do not call...prefer response by email only.
