Jovan was great. Glad he was my service manager and looking forward to working with him again for all my service. Polite, kind, and communicative. Listened very well and answered questions without getting off base from what I was trying to find out. In the last service I went to, the delay was at an extreme level. It's about the fact that I had my appointment at 7 in the morning and I was there even earlier but my service ended almost at 11 I don't understand why it can take so long something that is supposed to last much less time considering that they have a specialized room for those things and I guess staff with enough training to perform these tasks. On the other hand, to express my dissatisfaction with the response I received a couple of months ago when I went to claim an aesthetic defect that my car had and they told me that my warranty did not cover that even so letting him know that with that defect it was that it was delivered to me the first day only that I did not realize this and if the answer was simply that the guarantee does not cover that. Very bad of you. I had to solve the problem on my own
Mr jesus Jimenez customer service was great. He went above and beyond the circumstances. My only complaint is that I also requested that the rear driver's side seat belt latch to be checked. Because it was not latching. It is still in its current non-functional condition.
