Ed did a great job as usual. The previous time Inbrought the car the technician did not check the battery properly which would have prevented the issue I had today. Also, it would not be that costly to you to run the car through the car wash when I bring it in for service.

I waited for 2.5 hours past when I was told it would be done, and I came for an oil change based on an advert for a 39.99 oil change, only to be charged $100. To be clear, Alexander was incredible and very pleasant. Just not happy with the service or the shady pricing.
