Dan has been our SM for a couple years and has always been fantastic. However our last visit on Friday 5/23 was a complete disaster (though no direct fault of his) I scheduled what I thought was an oil change at 5k and it turned out to be only a tire rotation and inspection…which I was never told about? After being dropped off at Boulder station (5min away) truck was ready in 40min and I requested the shuttle back to DWT ( I would have never taken shuttle knowing it was a rotation?) after waiting over an hour at BS I called 4-5 times (left message) and eventually was told the shuttle is 1- 2 Hr wait! That’s something you tell customers when dropping off…not for pickup? After another 45min+ I called my own Uber back to DWT. Then things got really bad when I drove off the lot and nearly made it to fwy before the tire starting shaking violently >40 mph. I retuned to DWT and found all 6 lug nuts to the front driver side tire finger loose ( I have several videos of this if I could attach somewhere). The ASM Michael M. Was very quick to address the situation, however the potential seriousness of this oversight was quickly dismissed as a simple error? I pull a 10k trailer with this truck including my 5 grandchildren and it’s obvious that customer safety standards were not followed here. As discussed briefly with the ASM, I have no idea if any damage to the front/left lug nuts/ balance or alignment sustained any damage as it wobbled back to DWT? I’m sure we will be in touch soon, as this is Sunday and we were scheduled to go OOT Tuesday. Regards, Randy n Jamie Bune ****-****-xxxx.
Thank you for saving our vacation. We had our car key stolen at the hotel and had to have our new car towed to your dealership. The new key was a challenge because the car was new & only two blanks, you helped us save our 80th Birthday vacation.

He sold me 4 tires without discussing brands. I wanted Bridgestone. The original car brand for Toyota. He sold me Kumho. He didn’t show me list of brands and prices. I assumed I was getting Bridgestone. I could have bought these Tires for $55.00 at Walmart.
Kelli explained everything done today as well as recommended follow up to address later.
