I have been having wonderful experiences with the Toyota team this far but I did not appreciate the attitude of the gentleman that gave me the loaner key. Started out good but towards the end of our interaction he was not nice.

Good morning, I am very upset with the Toyota service, I am a loyal customer and I have bought more than 10 cars and I have taken family and friends to buy vehicles there too, they sold me guarantees for my car and it turns out that my car turned on the engine light, it has the platinium guarantees up to 158,000 miles and the result was that when I took it to fix it they told me that I had already expired the guarantees when I have proof that it has 8000 miles left to expire, it is a fault Of respect for a client, trying to help is the solution, not trying to scam as they are doing because it is not the first time they do it to me, I am tired of being silent, I do not buy any car in Toyota David Wilson of Las Vegas Nevada

Brian did an excellent job with helping me coordinate the service on my vehicle. He answered my call and was one of the only Service Advisor that was responsive when I reached out to schedule my service for the work that I needed on my Toyota sienna. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and was consistently updating me the entire time my vehicle wasn’t service. Brian was able to also assist with getting me a rental. He made the entire process as a customer an easy one and I appreciate his knowledge and directness.
