I really appreciate the service of Toyota of Las Vegas. I came into town with a suspension issue and they were able to get the car completely fixed in less than a day, and they gave me a loaner while my car was in shop. I feel Kelli went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as it was.

We felt that Joavan was irritated when we were explaining what we smell whenever we turn on the AC Blower of our brand new truck. He seems to be uninterested on our concern and instead directed us to Jessee, the Service supervisor. We tried stopping by his office couple of times to no avail. We were glad we came across Jayson, the Manager and directed us to Sarah at Customer Service who was very attentive to our concern. Sarah did facilitate and got the right people involved and engaged . We were very happy with both Jayson especially Sarah - they both did a wonderful job!
