After service I went on my normal day, went to work, got up the next morning to here grinding from my car, looked under it and found that the service guy didn’t secure the access cover to the oil pan. Causing me to fix the issue. Because it was bent and dragging under the car. Thankfully I had a screw that fit and I was able to fix it Also causing me to be late for work and losing time and money. And getting documentation on my file for being late to work

They text me saying my vehicle was done talked to front desk she told me no is not ready . I waited 1 hr and nothing so I talked to front desk again she told me not ready ,so I didn't move from there that's when she told me sorry is ready I was so mad that it was ready the hole time waited my time

Michael was quick to say we did not have warranty on our tires. I’ve gone the day before and they said I still had warranty on my tires and they didn’t have the tire in stock until 5pm that day (Monday). They told me if I wanted to come back at 5 or come in on Tuesday early morning to get my new tire and get my vehicle inspected for the recall on the Highlander. I told the guy I would just come early tomorrow instead.
Got there Tuesday morning with Michael and he told me I didn’t have warranty on my tire. I asked to check again and he scanned the vin and asked for my name to confirm . Then he’s like oh you do have warranty but we do not have a tire for you. I told him that the tire in stock should be for my car since they ordered it yesterday. Came back and he’s like oh yeah it is. However you will have to be here for 5 hours for the inspection. I told him that was fine i already knew beforehand.
Seemed like he was trying to scam me and I did not like that whatsoever. How is it that the previous guy can confirm everything and this guy can be so clueless. If you don’t want to do your job then why show up for work?
