After waiting over a week for my vehicle to be serviced because the part that was order was not the correct one and I had to wait for the correct one to arrive and get installed, I was informed that my vehicle would be ready Friday morning for pick up. I had to arrive as soon as the service department opened on Saturday morning since I need to be at work at 8am. Unfortunately when I turned my vehicle on, the engine light was still on and the car was filthy dirty. I was told that the person who works on non Toyota vehicles was not there yet and that I could wait for him to look at it because most likely the light just needed to be reset.
My question is, why wasn’t this done the day before? Was the vehicle actually fixed? And if it was, was it test driven to make sure it was working properly and made sure everything was reset? This has been a very disappointing experience, I now have to wait until my next day off to go in yet again and get my vehicle checked since the engine light is still on.
Geraldo kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When I was there to pick up and pay he made sure I got the offered discount that I had been offered in email even though it took more of his time. Good job
I also used the shuttle service after dropping off my truck. The shuttle vehicle was nice, clean and the driver was friendly and respectful. It was a good experience.
Gerardo and his team did a great job on my vehicle. Although I am not happy with the heavy price I had to pay, my car has been doing way better and drives as though it came out fresh from the car lot. Feels good as new. Thank you Gerardo and his team!

The service time is way too slow even if i have an appointment. I had an appointment at 2pm and wait almost three hours so I decided to take my car out for service elsewhere. The Roberto guy really didn’t help me with any updates or cost questions. I saw people come after me and their cars were taken in first before mine. In the mean time I talked to this lovely sales assistant named Valeria who is helping me trade in my current vehicle to get a new one. I am hoping everything goes well so i can be satisfied with my visit.
Svc rep Benito was awesome . Rest of the staff was fantastic as well .
Jovan is always friendly and professional. He accommodated me with a loaner which was totally a surprise which I approeciated since I needed to get to and from work.
