Kelli was awesome when I asked her if other work could be done on the car other then what I initially requested she said absolutely I was so happy because it gave me peace of mind that when I am on the road my car has been fully serviced and that everything that was needed had been done
Tenía la cita para el cambio de aceite llegamos el nos atendió i dijo que no encontraba la cita pero que el nos ayudaría esperandoas más de dos horas i nunca se hizo el cambio de aceite fuimos con el aver que pasaba i dijo ya en un momento lo hacen o nada mi esposa se molestó tenía que irse a trabajar i no pudo realizar el cambio de aceite i no dió ninguna explicación fue muy tajante i descortes i mal educado.anana espero no pase lo mismo tengo que regresar a mi nuect cita para el cambio de aceite
We were in town from Los Angeles when our air conditioner stopped working. I was able to quickly secure an appointment to take my dad’s car in on a Saturday. From start to finish, our experience was great. Santana assisted in the service repair; and, she was awesome. Our shuttle driver was awesome, too. They were able to fix the problem and returned our car in a timely fashion. 10/10 (and hands down, best experience ever in servicing a vehicle at a dealership)

I was told it would be 4 hours to complete the work required by the safety recall. I asked for a car to use but I was told that a car could only be provided for safety recalls. That’s curious. I brought my car in remediate due to a safety recall and was told I could not have a car because they can only be provided for safety recalls. They need to get their sh*t together. In any event, I should have been provided a car to use.
Worst experience ever! I was told the service would take only 1-1.5hrs, but instead I was there for 4hrs. Had I known in advance or was told an hour into my appointment that it would be a while I could’ve left and came back. Kelli kept giving the excuse that she was busy and super backed up with customers but that means nothing to me, I came on time and waited patiently. Customer service over was horrible and after all that I didn’t even receive a car wash!

Was advised by Kelli and Jesse that my car was tampered with and couldn’t pass smog. They told me this after holding my car for 3 days with no updates. I reached out to Findlay of Toyota and they were able to do the drive cycle and pass smog check. I am never going back to this dealership. They will lie to you just to not help you.
I had a $100 bill in the car that now is gone after maintenance
