everything went well with Benito Gonzalez he even took that time to show me some of the bottons in the steering wheel.
Spent over $2000 dollars on service and the low tire air pressure indicator is still on. I’m sure that’s not a big deal to you all but to me I now have to spend several hours of my time to bring it back and wait to have it addressed.
I am happy I got the repairs done and that Benito set me up with a rental car during that time.
Benito is really good and really accomodating

I never spoke with my representative Eduardo in person, not when I dropped off my vehicle or when I picked it up. I only spoke with him when I made my appointment. That wasn’t what bothered me as I was greeted and attended by a woman, whose name I didn’t get but she was very pleasant to deal with, she should get the credit for my visit (if that’s what these visits are based on). I would have liked some explanation as to what was done with my car. I called asking for an appointment for a very specific problem but I was never told if that was what the problem was but I sure did get charged for it and was not given any more information regarding the very vague and useless “engine maintenance required “ notification I had on my car. And although my tires were not serviced when I got in my car the tire pressure light came on and it seemed like a very big deal for the mechanic that worked on my car to check on it. I feel like I just paid for something that may or may not have been the main issue since no one spoke with me in regards to this. I’m not sure if checking fluids and topping them off, and checking small things like tire pressure is involved in a regular service done at Toyota but I feel it should be and I’m disappointed it wasn’t at this visit. I am mildly satisfied with this visit and doubt I will ever return or recommend this location to other Toyota owners.
