I had an appointment for 7 AM. I was there at 6:45 first in line. All I got was an oil change no filter when I called on the phone. The lady told me that I could get the oil changed and with some other things that cost $109 Like filter or whatever the coupon was from you guys when I talk to the guy that was in charge of my car act like he didn’t know what I was talking about so I was $99. I was there for almost 2 hours and I had to ask for my car that was in charge of my car , didn’t say anything to me when I was standing at his desk and he just walked past me so I went back to the cashiers desk and asked for management. I didn’t expect to stay there for almost 2 hours for oil change. I will never come back there again.
We t in for a recal service on my vehicle and i regret coming to this location. Not only did theservice take 24hrs but the communication was horrible. Gladi was off those two days if not i would of been left with no car for 24hrs. Luckily i have my hisband help me with rides because even the shuttle swrvice was hard to get ahold of. Receptionist lazy girls trying to brush off their job had me going to two people for my keys when they had them the whole time and with attitude. (Oh! It was from yesterday?shouldve said that) yeah no ****!!!
My car continues to show problems. It is having problems starting. I was told I need to take my car to be checked when it is not working. How? If I don’t charge the battery , the car won’t start.
I was originally told that my car would be done between 2-3 hours after dropping it off but it ended up taking 7 hours and no one called, emailed, or texted to let me know. I had to reach out to get the status update on my car and Kelli wasn't even available. When I was finally told it was ready I wasn't told that the service department closes at 4pm and since I was busy when the text was sent I didn't have a chance to get my car until a little after 4. Also the website stated that I would get a complementary car wash but I didn't. I used to come to toyota for servicing and decided to start up again but now I see why I stopped.

Benito was so courteous, helpful, nice, professional, knowledgeable, listened to us, and made is feel appreciated. We stopped bringing our car sure to a bag experience with another rep, but now we're definitely going to keep coming back thanks to Benito, and as long as he is the one why takes care of us. Every visit to your dealership has been excellent. Mike is very helpful and personable. He makes the whole service experience that much easier. We’re happy that he’s our service advisor. We choose to drive across town for the exceptional service. Our expectations were high as we received great service at your other dealership in Huntington Beach for many years. Keep up the good work!
Jovan is very good. He is knowledgeable. He always answers my questions with courtesy and professional manner. And my car problem, if I had one, is always fixed.

I was disappointed that air filters for engine, cab or hybrid battery compartment were not covered under “Toyotacare” . Hybrid batteries are extremely sensitive to excessive heat and I was told that the filters that must be clean to allow cooling air to the hybrid batteries were not checked or routinely replaced. I was charged over $300 to have it done!
If I knew it would take so long, I would get a job here!
I will have a nice weekend. I come home every weekend from Edward’s
Air Force Base where I work. The wheel alignment is no longer an issue.
