Goos day i just got my Certified pre-owned 2020 CH-R 5 months ago and recently i went dor service, Sept.21,to be exact,they informed me that i don't have the engine cover assemby which is located right under the engine, i wouldn't know it when i bought it coz i don't think i have to check and scrutinize everything in detail when i walked-in your dealership and test drove it, so after the service rep told me about it i asked them if they can place one under the existing warranty since i just purchased yhe car,the service rep said its not covered and have to pay out of pocket for it. I purchased a certified pre owned so i won't have to deal with these type of problems but in your dealership i'm still going through with this type of difficulty. Please give me a definite resolution. Thank you.

It was a job well done. My only complaint was the automated message I received on Friday that it was ready to pick up when it wasb't ready. I also appreciate the rental I was allowed to use for two weeks
