My rep was rude as I may have gotten him on a bad day.
I believe I possibly have. My cigarette lighter wasn’t working & he stated that it would be $200 for a diagnostic. I said no.
I could tell his attitude changed,& no other issues afterwards.
But as he called me too tell me my car was ready I said thank you too him
Only to have the phone slam to end the call immediately afterwards I said
That too him. Also,
May I please say it was very annoying to have to readjust my seat & especially my rear view mirrors. This is the second time.
& to have my air conditioner turned on and my interior lights
We’re on as I went into my vehicle.
I’m still deciding if I want to return to go too the Toyota dealer on sarahra instead. Finally I don’t appreciate having gotten solicited my number
To sales reps by text messages before my service.
And too have someone call me stating they want me to sell me a new Corolla. That was also a concern.

I brought my car in at 9 am for oil change and valve gasket replacement. They suggested some other services which I agreed to but was not told until about 1:30 pm that gaskets had to be ordered. Decided on shuttle instead of rental car offered. Saturday parts in and repairs finished, shuttled back to Toyota late PM picking up car 4:30 pm. Looking at service papers once home find Concern 52 says “Customer sates oil may be leaking from underneath the vehicle, found oil pan to be leaking, reseal oil pan.” I did not say that, never saw any sign at home in garage that there was a leak, no oil on floor of garage…how do I know there really was a leak? I’ve always had car serviced at this Toyota and never questioned but this made me wonder. Also, removed oil service slip on window but did not put new one in indicating when due again. Also no Multipoint Inspection form provided with paperwork…was this done? I do plan to call my service representative Monday to discuss. She explained work to be done and due to late pickup, I did not take time to look papers over when I picked up car, but once I got home discovered some issues I will discuss with her.
Well not completely. Always before they would quicklywash my car before I picked it up. Not this time. Disappointed.
Jesus took the job immediately; kept me updated on the progress of the work; and finally presented the car in in successfully repaired condition. I am thoroughly pleased and grateful for the timely and good job done. Thank you.

They basically told me I have to live with a burnt out dashboard light bulb. It can be fixed but they blew me off.
