I had my appointment at 9:15 which I came in early and my car was serviced after 3.5 hrs waiting at the dealership and after I asked Mr McDermott for a update on my car that’s when I noticed on my app that my car was moved and had the hood open so that’s mean to me that that’s when they started to do the service, I brought another vehicle at the same time and same type of service with a tire replacement and that vehicle was serviced and finish I 2.5 I was very upset and I addressed with the advisor and he didn’t care to my concern, that’s the only reason why I made appointments and there people that where there with that advisor after me and they vehicles were done before mine I got the feeling that he was a racist advisor because the other people were white and again I’M VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED with my service, the service before they never reset my vehicle computer system and it was showing and I was getting all kinds of calls that I didn’t got my vehicle service but I did took it to have service at your location so that’s very annoying too.

I did the alignment two months ago and one week later I bring it back because is was pulling to the right and supposed got fix my wife drives the sienna and we didn’t drove on freeway for one month I just did this past weekend and noticed that was still pulling to the right I brought back and Dan on service try to fu. King charge me again he said because I hit bumps and side walk that’s why the alignment got broken again Bo **** when they had those defects gas pumps he tell me that I put cheap gas on it he always give me stupid reasons I am still **** piss
