I was not satisfied; the service took about three hours. Once the work was finished, the car sat parked outside for nearly two hours, and I was never called to pick it up. When Helmer handed me the paperwork, he claimed the service had taken a while, but that wasn't true—the car had actually been ready within an hour, yet I spent nearly three hours waiting for it. Because of this, my satisfaction level is very low. I hope you take action so that other customers don't have the same experience I did.
