My advisor was super kind and the service was done quickly.
The reception staff was pushy to service sales and the complimentary wash doesn't exist anymore according to her. We pay too high prices for cars now a days and less quality of service, start to feel like a ripoff.

I asked to have my battery checked and when I received the inpection report there was no check marks any where on the report like they didn't check anything. All that was mentioned was about my windshield fluid reservoir and my water pump. I was really disappointed in the service this time
The service was great except for one of the shuttle drivers that came to pick me up from home to come pick up my car he drove thru a marked crosswalk while a lady with 2 small children were crossing the street in the marked crosswalk & apparently I’m not the only one that noticed because a car honked at him as we were driving by

Michael is just fine. However, your service appointment staff leaves much to be desired. I called yesterday to expressly make an appointment to have wheel rashes removed. I expressly said I waned an appointment when the repair person was available so I didn’t have to waste a lot of time waiting She told me 10am today was good. I arrived at 10.it was not done until 1:30. The repair guy wasn’t even there until around noon.

Michael told me I was good and the clutch did not need replacing after he’d cleared the code, even though the tech noted it felt weak. About 50 miles outside of Vegas it went out when I was on an on ramp. It’s now being replaced at another Toyota dealership.
