From my last experience, I will make sure that I only come when Dan is working. I know he was on vacation and Kelly took over. When I returned off the shuttle, my car was not ready and Kelly told me no more than 20 minutes. I waited almost an hour and Kelly was no where to be found. I had to ask someone else. Also, I always request my car to be washed and it was filthy when it was returned.

Hours and services described online where not accurate to what is done in-person. Went in at 6am to pay for a service and pick up a car but was unable to due to cashiers not arriving till 7am.

I made the appointment to deal with the issue of something squeaking underneath my car. Upon my arrival, my service representative had no idea why I was there. The squeak from the undercarriage of the vehicle is easy to induce, but somehow they couldn’t get it to make the noise while I was there. It is quite a distance from my house to your dealership so I will be sending a video to support my complaint about the squeak. But still that doesn’t help with my long drive to and from. In addition, we test drove some vehicles while we were there and the sales representative lost my friend’s drivers license. The absolute lack of urgency that was displayed trying to find it was appalling. We will be contacting LVMP regarding the loss of the license and potential identity theft.

I have been getting my car serviced for about 20 years and Mike McDermott is the reason why, he's professional knowledgeable and I know whatever repairs that are done are necessary. He's more than earned my trust over the years.
