I am disappointed with the service with Kelli. On Wednesday, I had an appointment set for my complimentary battery check and had concerns about an AC issue i’ve been having. I thought was covered by my warranty. When I showed up on Wednesday, Kelli immediately informed me that their service techs won’t be able to see the AC issue because they had left for the day. She scheduled me for Friday instead and said they can see what’s wrong with the AC. She never informed me that I had to pay $200 out of my pocket. I come today at 3pm, for an AC check. First thing she tells me is that the diagnosis is free however if they find a problem they’ll have to charge me $200 for the technician’s time and service. I understand, however i am disappointed with the lack of communication on her behalf. Why couldn’t she tell me on Wednesday that I potentially had to pay so that way i was more prepared ahead of time and didn’t waste my time. She wasn’t very apologetic about the situation and seemed like she didn’t care.
Truly am disappointed and don’t feel comfortable returning again. Please, future reference inform the customer about what they may have to pay out of pocket before scheduling an appointment.

I have been to the service 3 times to get my second key and and they left me there all day because they where supposed to activate the key and they said the key was not there then they said the key is here but now it’s late they can’t program it you need To bring the truck back again not a good service
