He was very helpful and answered all my questions completely. I used Darlene for over 30 years and her retiring was like losing you primary care doctor. I wish her well. Since her departure I have worked with Jesus and Roberto. They are dedicated and doing an outstanding job keeping my van in superb running condition order.

In preparation for my 7:30 am appointment I drop off my truck and keys the night before. The following morning I woke to a missed call asking for my keys. I attempted to reach out a few times to get an update and my advisor was either busy or away from their desk and was advised they would call me back. No call back, I decided to reach out and finally able to get ahold of someone around 2:30 pm to be made aware that my keys were misplaced by another service rep and truck was sitting for 1.5/2 hours without being moved. Meanwhile no call to update me on anything. 3pm got a call back to find out nothing has been done to my truck because apparently there was no work order even though I was provided confirmation #X038K7G5BF which had details of the work to be performed when I made my appointment. Engine oil and filter replace as courtesy since it was left standing there since opening till 3pm and there was “no time left” to squeeze my truck in to make the repairs I had originally dropped it for. Very unprofessional, I would expect this from Auto Nation not David Wilson’s. Lesson learned.

I am disappointed. It is recommended by Toyota that the tire pressure be 35 psi as shown in the sticker by the door but when I checked the pressure was 45 psi. Why did you do that? No wonder the ride was so stiff when I drove the Sienna out of your shop last night.

I wasn’t satisfied with my service! First of all my dash camera was disconnected for what reason who knows, there was no reason for my dash cam to get disconnected, un professional. Second of all I asked for a courtesy car wash and Jesus Alejandro Jimenez said they were back up and I did state it was okay as I was going to drop off my truck and will return when it was ready. When I arrived once again and they returned my truck, I noticed my truck was not washed when I specifically got a call from Jesus Alejandro Jimenez stating my car was going to get ran through the water and should be ready within the next 30 minutes to an hour. Lazaro was nice enough to pick up someone’s slack and washed it for me! I thank and appreciate Lazaro’s customer service, he did not have to do someone else’s job but he did. Very pleased with Lazaro!

Es un servicio pésimo pésimo no tiene comunicación con el cliente tuve que esperar 3 horas cuando pregunté por mi vehículo me ase saber que tenía que estar todo el día para revisar y en ningún momento me ofrecieron raite asta que yo pregunte para que me trajeran a casa sino de otra manera me unbiera quedado esperando mal servicio

Satisfied with the Service but it was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I have been going there before it was David Wilson & had 3 Camrys from your location over the years & only had service done by your Service Department on all three Camrys & never paid that much for service!!!!!! It was $791!!!! That I was not satisfied with since I am 79 yrs. old & only income is Social Security!!! Toooooo, tooo expensive!!! You can look up my records over the years for service!!!!
