Estimated time for completion of service was met. This is second time car mat was left in trunk instead of being returned to driver side of car. Not happy with cashier telling me while in customer waiting area my credit card didn’t go thru (which I knew was incorrect), I told her to run again and she determined it was the machine. Otherwise, service was very good.

And before i took the car i asked Mark if they fixed the SEAT MEMORY function because it wasnt working from the day i took the car from deaper
He said yeah all done and fixed
Please explain to me how you guys fixed it when its still not working ?

Driver seqt all greased up and with spots the seating part
Near wireless charger greasy spots
3spots which i couldnt clean on passenger seat
Driver door also greasy

Mitch Seibert did an exceptional job as my Service Coordinator and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He helped me to prioritize the service needs on my vehicle and also helped me with Sunbit financing to help defer the cost of repairs. The car itself is running great again so I am equally appreciative of the service professionals that did the actual repairs to my car. Great job all around!
