Mr Taha Aoukal went on and beyond my satisfaction with his customer service friendliness very pleasant guy to deal with he took care of my vehicle offered me a loaner car offered me a Uber, but I feel like walking that day. He called me back. He had the vehicle done washed clean ready to go. I felt like I was one of his family. This service experience has made me a lifelong lexus customer. Dont change a thing i beg. I know the economy is going to **** so you will eventually want to take things away or make the quality of things you do worse but please dont.
