Despite my poor English, he was very kind and accommodating.
In my experience as first timer some your customer service was intimidating and they talk over you when you are trying to say or explain calmly. Patience for customer is not great so I kinda know that I really can’t ask more questions because I feel that they are already irritated with their tone of voice and I don’t want them to cause a scene in front of your two customers. No enthusiasm to help but only they just smile just because they work there. I think they won’t be able handle clients that ask them questions. But if Lexus needs workers like that they can keep them . I did not even know what happened to my car I just signed . I have to ask what happened if my issue was resolved and the answer was just a big yes . No more explanation because he talk so fast and I’m sure if I ask again he will get irritated .
Thanks Alex! You truly redeemed the Glendale service department! My first experience coming from a different brand was horrible but you gave exemplar customer service. He literally provided service with a smile. He was very personable and assured me that he would keep me updated on my vehicle and he did! Because of Alex, I will return to Glendale for my service needs. Please make sure to use Alex’s customer service as the example for others to model!
I wished the mechanics found the transfer case leak the first time. I believe the splatter from the spinning drive shaft was an obvious indicator.
Jorge was amazing from start to finish. Which is why I answered that I was completely satisfied. He gave the service I have come to know and expect at the Lexus service center.
However when I was checking out with the cashier I was dismayed at her attitude when I had a question about the service that was performed on my vehicle. I was not expecting to be met with such annoyance and hostility. Perhaps she may be better suited to a job where she has zero interactions with customers.
She could not have been more irritated at my simple question. Making me feel embarrassed and out of place for asking. After I paid my bill I asked her for my copy. She responded that I would get it when I got my keys back in a tone that was both angry and belittling. I left feeling not great about my experience. But I know her behavior is not the sum total of the excellent service I have received over the years.
It is a shame that one interaction can sour what was a great service up until that point.
I appreciated getting a service I priced on the outside at about $600 for $700 instead of your original estimate of $1,800. Thank you.
