The service staff is professional but the parts department staff I found unprofessional. Overly familiar. I checked the price of a mat for my trunk when he quoted me the price it seemed higher than I had paid for all 4 mats for the interior mats I asked him to make sure he’s checking correct part he commented “I don’t set the price ok?” Very unprofessional staff in the parts department.

Danny was very helpful and thorough. He provided a recommendation about getting an alignment but did not make me feel pressured about having to decide on the spot which I appreciated. He was also very communicative when my car was ready. Great service overall!

Exceptional service received from Marco Tony Chavez. He was friendly attentive and full of wonderful knowledge and resources. I would definitely recommend Lexus to my friends and loved ones.
