While Mitch did provide adequate customer service, I wanted to share some areas where the overall experience could have improved.
The service itself took longer than anticipated, but I was pleased with the quality of the work done. However, there was a significant delay in retrieving my car after it was ready. I initially went to the service desk to request to pick up my vehicle and was directed to pay for the services first. After paying for the service, the service woman at the register efficiently checked me out and informed me that someone would be bringing my car around. Despite waiting at the service desk with no other customers around, it took 15 minutes before I approached the desk again to inquire about the delay. It turns out my car was still parked, and no one had been assigned to bring it to me.
To prevent this type of delay in the future, I would suggest implementing a more streamlined process for vehicle retrieval after payment. For instance, ensuring that staff are promptly notified when a car is ready to be brought to the customer or assigning a specific team member to handle car retrieval could greatly improve the customer experience.
I appreciate the hard work that goes into servicing vehicles, but this extended wait time after the car is ready seems to be a recurring issue. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure a smoother process in the future.
A bit slow getting started I think due to new software you started using. My husband is quite disabled & that was a concern w the long wait. This was an emergency visit, not planned as we broke down on freeway or he would not have been with me. Jorge was great though, as were all I dealt with.

Received a 5 star service
was quoted a 2-2.5 hour wait and ended up waiting over 5 hours after also being sent home the day before even though I had an appointment because they “didn’t think they’d have enough time to finish an oil change” and then gave the excuse today that they had too much work left over from yesterday only after I checked in 4 hours after dropping car off for service.
