I brought my Lexus in for 20k service and ended up repairing a tire bolt issue that was not discovered in previous service visits to Lexus Glendale. Overall a very expensive visit that was not planned on a vehicle leased back in May 2023. I felt taken advantage of despite the service advisor doing his best to help explain and minimize the cost

After $1,500 service yesterday, the service light came on today. Also wiper blades not changed and no info on tire pressure and brake wear. Was anything else not done? I’ll be in at 7:00 AM and need a loaner. It has to be done by 3:00 PM when I return.
