The only reason I continue to bring my car back to Glendale of Lexus is because of Danny Mata. I recently had work done and the bill was $3,000; I got into my car and lights were on...one of your service people (not Danny) conveyed a response indicating that I probably needed more work done. Danny stepped up and took ownership and said this should not be happening. He is a perfect example of being customer centric and a great reflection of the Lexus brand. I now will only work with Danny.

The check-in was disorganized. I had to ask to be checked in. No one except the person moving my car to the garage was friendly and actually greeted me.

Your dealership called me to schedule an appt to address a recall issue. I showed up at the appointment and waited 35 minutes in line before I was helped. I was then told you didn't have any loaner cars available after being promised one when I scheduled the appt. I had to come back another day. When I picked up my car, one of the service items I asked to be checked was not done correctly. After speaking to the manager, a new part needed to be ordered so now I will need to bring my car back for a third time. Also, the loaner car smelled like cigarettes and this has happened before.
