Danny Mata was nice and kind, but Chris (Service Dept Manager) went above and beyond and provided a 5 star excellent and professional service that would definitely take me back there if I need any other thing with our vehicle. Thank you Danny, Thanks a million Chris!!

I waited 25-30 minutes for my vehicle after payment whilst a dozen other customers who came after received their vehicles immediately.
I don’t think Alexa service team washed the car as I was promised. I noticed that the front windshield was still dirty.

She could of told me earlier or when i called they could say sorry we do not guaranty a loaner but can offer a lyft.

I had to wait for over an hour to get a loaner after dropping my car off. I had to wait over 45 mins to get my car after paying the bill. I was told the reason was my car was in the car wash. When I finally received my car, my car never got washed after waiting close to an hour after paying for it.
I was told it would take three hours for an oil change fortunate for me. It only took about an hour and 40 minutes, which is an awful long time for an oil change.. You’re waiting lounge has only one television with no controller. I try to get someone to make it louder, but I was told that you didn’t have a controller.. The magazines are gear towards men. Some were over a year old. Get rid of the massage chairs. Sitting on them is like sitting on rocks.
Check in went well and I appreciate the information about what work needs to be done. I feel if I did need to wait 3 hours I would want a working television. Even though most of your employees are doing nothing , I got the impression when I asked for help with the tv they were bothered by me asking.
Taylor was not clear about the fees being charged.
When i dropped off my car I was told that it would be covered under warranty. No price was mentioned or presented to me. When I came to pick up my car I was presented with a bill. I understand the payment - Whag is frustrating is that I was told one thing and the opposite occurred. If Taylor had been clear from the beginning regarding fees i think things would have gone more smoothly. Transparency with fees is important
