I asked my rep to look at the front tire on the passenger side of my car and they did not do that , instead I was handed a paper that said I need repairs costing up to 10 k. This is not what I asked for nor was I expecting it. Secondly when I called to set up this oil change I was told if I come by 1:30 which I did I would be able to pick up my car that day. No one from the dealership called me by 5:30 pm so I had to call and the lady on the phone said I may have to wait u til tommorow which is not what I was told. My rep graciously called me a Lyft and I got the car but it was a very stressful experience. I do not and will not recommend or return since your operation is not up to my expectations
