I paid $129 for a mini detail. When I got home I noticed that the inside of the windshield was not cleaned well. It was streaked. I expect perfection when I’m paying for it. Also they left the radio turned up to over 40. 10 is loud. When we started the car it was way too loud

My car was left looking dirtier than when I dropped it off. I think because I had the paper floor mats in my car from my previous detail they didn’t feel the need to clean it. Thankfully the manager said I could come back for an express detail, but I was very clear with the initial person when I dropped it off that I’ve had a really bad experience at the previous Lexus I went too, I said this in hopes of having no hiccups at this location, but details like this are an inconvenience.
