Joshua is always so helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend him or Toyota of Whittier enough! I dropped my 2011 Prius of for an oil change and he called me and told me that during the inspection the technician found that my car needed rear brakes and found they replace the sway bar connectors on the front suspension. They replaced both and now my car drives like it’s brand new again. Thanks for looking out for me and my car Josh!

I had lost all confidence in this dealership and in fact took my car to Big O’s for my recent oil change. They were concerned about my shocks leaking so that’s the only reason I came back. However, Gustavo, has completely regained my confidence. He explained everything very well, and gave me a fair deal on tires. As a result of his professionalism, I will be bringing my car in again for oil changes. He treated me very well from start to finish!!
