My experience at Whittier Toyota, was very good. Gustavo was a total professional. He was very honest about what they could do in Saturday, keep in mind that I didn’t have an appointment to take my car in and find out what was rattling in the bottom of the car. Gustavo, made me an appointment to bring the car back on Monday morning. He kept in touch with me during the day, informing me of the status of the what the mechanic had found out. I’m very satisfied with Gustavo’s services he provided to me.
