Having a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change service, the wait time went from approximately 90 minutes to over 3 hours.

Joshua called to confirm the vehicle was ready for pickup and I confirmed I needed a Lyft ride. He advise he would setup. This was around 11:18. O had to call at 2pm to check status and have Lyft setup. It was disappointing that this request was forgotten. I wasted my morning waiting around and the. Had go get on afternoon calls.
