I worked with Anthony in the service department. I called to schedule an appointment the day before and he was already telling me it would cost $149. I was a bit confused because when I had called to make appointments for services in the past, your reps never told me about pricing until I brought the vehicle in. I also told him that I had CarDoc. He sounded confused and made me feel uneasy and asked him to please confirm first before telling me to pay $149.
On the day of my car service 5/14, I worked with him again. He made the visit confusing because he talked so fast and and seemed to rush through my visit. It was 8:30 a.m. and it was not busy at the time. He said they would inspect brakes, tires, and rotate the tires. I was in agreement with the plan.
He then called me around 10:30am that my vehicle was ready. But he said that 2 tires were almost flat and needed to be replaced. When I
asked him which tires on the vehicle were flat, he didn’t know but he said the car is ready for pick up. My husband was with me and upset with Anthony’s response. Once again he seemed to rush through the call.Seems like he just wanted me to pick up the car regardless of the safety and condition of the tires. My husband said let’s just pick it up and he’ll check on the tires himself because he doesn’t trust the guy if he doesn’t even know what he is talking about. I have always maintained my car and brought it to your service department for years. Your service reps have always been very professional and clear about the service being provided. They would inform me of any issues and gave me options on how to service the car and when.
But this time around your service rep was very unprofessional, showed no care or follow up for the service, was in a rush and was not clear.It appeared that he didn’t even have basic information on the car.
When we picked up the vehicle after 11am, Anthony was on his lunch break and the the female rep that helped us out was more informative. She looked at the paperwork and from that she was able to tell us which tires needed to be replaced. If we knew earlier on, we would have replaced the tires that same day with your service department. I’m sorry to say something is a bit off. Anthony needs more training with communicating and customer service. I have always been impressed by your department’s attention to detail and follow up. This time around, it fell short.
