Joshua was absolutely amazing from the minute I walked in. Answered all of my questions, was able to fit me in their schedule and gave me an exact estimate time my car would be ready. He also was able to get me a ride to and from Toyota of Whittier. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.

I've spent over 50k on my toyota and I ALWAYS bring it to Toyota for service. I was disappointed to find out that Toyota no longer washes the car when it's brought in for service? I've owned Toyota all my life pretty much and always looked forward to getting my car back looking brand new after it was serviced.
