Idid not get any help regarding tires and nail on tire and he was to busy to help me.i needed a copy of the price of tires and mechanic not come out to tell me the issues.still waiting for a email copy it's been 2 hours.bad service.over charging for new tires.

The service coupons sent to my home do not correlate with timing of services needed for my vehicle, there is no financial incentive for me to seek your service. My loyalty would be solely based on customer service which your department fundamently lacks. Advisors did not approach me nor offer assistance when I arrived at the service bay. They remained seated at their desks as I sought out for assistance as if I was a nuisance. It took 20 minutes for my vehicle to be retrieved upon completion, a car was parked infront of it and a frantic search for those keys ensued.
