Francisco was very friendly but I would have liked for him to explain what was done to my car at check out. The service was good but very impersonal. I have been taking my cars to Toyota of Whittier for mor than 20 years and the personnel used to take time to interact with me and explain things and let me know when I would be due for further service.
I just got a text saying that my car was serviced. I was not aware of your service my call. Also please call me with the number. I’m supposed to call to get Toyota to come and look at the car. Thank you very much. Sorry it took so long to get it out of there.
Great service to begin with however asked for a car wash since I had to come back for service a different day but when I took the truck back from service it was not washed. Not sure if they forgot or not but did bother to inquire because they were already getting busy.
TLDR: service is good with Mark, but I think he forgot to mention to the service tech to get it washed since Mark mentioned it would not be a problem.
