I've been waiting 1 hour and 45min. One of your guy came to meme said you can not service. Cause 'check engine' signed. It takes too much time. You guys wasted my time for nothing. I did not get any services and just came back home. This us bull ****. And doesn't make any sense.

I wasn't happy with the long wait. To have my vehicle take 3 1/2 hours for a basic oil change seems a bit long. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours initially. My appointment was at 11 and I was able to get there at 10:30.
When I asked for an update they said 15 to 20 minutes. It took longer than that. The service provided was great. The wait in unfortunate, and I dont think I'll be getting my service done at the dealership going forward. Thanks
