I asked my service rep if he would check the front brakes due to some long braking I had coming downhill from Payton, Arizona. I detected slight vibration in the steering wheel near the bottom of the grade, which means the heat generated by the brake pads/ rotors could have caused some distortion of materials. The shop did the check and changed the pads and turned the rotors (on the vehicle) just enough to make the spin true. Then road tested. All ok.
When I picked up the Camry, there was no charge. I asked why. The response was ‘….you have a new car. Our objective is to honor that.

Will speak to the manager tomorrow. Windshield vipers pump is shooting water with soap chemical on top of my car roof. Was told it ok by customer service department. My hand got totally wet when I stuck my hand out the door. Top of my hood paint job doesn’t look right you can see some spray specks.
Second time coming here for the same problem and they said they can’t replace unless Toyota approves
My car is not driving smoothly. It feels like there is an issue with potentially the alignment/brakes. My car was driving smoothly now it feels gritty and feels like a tug when I slow down. I need to call to take it back on Monday to see what is wrong. My car was not like that when I took it in. This was a regular maintenance service.

I Don't believe they really looked into the issue.
My Security Immobilizer is enabled. . I had to call a locksmith.. to get the ECU reset to get the key to sorta recognized the ECU. .
Still need to disarm the security system.
Still not Working. Really disappointed ????
