To be clear, my experience with Caesar was incredible. He was kind, professional, and communicated throughout the process. However, I found the overall process a bit frustrating due to an unprofessional employee that think it’s appropriate to intentionally hang up on a customer multiple times. Folks don’t love going to the dealer for a variety of reasons- it’s too bad that this dealership has a very unprofessional person working there which has ultimately left me never wanting to return.

When they check the air for the a/c they left the windows up and the car smells like something is burning and is irritating my nose. Also the glove compartment appears to be damaged it's not closing in the same way as how I left the car in the morning.
