My service request was accommodated with courtesy and was informative. Uber transportation was provided from and to the dealership, which was appreciated. The issue, electrical in nature, will require further service. Had to retrieve my vehicle for several days, but will return it to dealership for completion of repairs upon my return. Francisco was very helpful in all aspects of the issue.

When I brought my car in for servicing I had a scratched right rear rim. When picking up my truck after servicing I was told that my tires has been rotated, but the scratched rim was still in the right rear position. Indicating that my tires had not been rotated.
