It’s pretty disappointing to see that mostly everything was checked off as “ok” during the multipoint inspection. Upon opening the hood, a service member should have easily identified that there was some type of leak with the radiator, as visible smoke, a foul smell, and liquid droplets were present (stemming from last night). This raises huge concerns about the thoroughness and integrity of the inspection process, as honesty and attention to detail are essential for maintaining customer trust.
