The report said that they inflated/set the Tyre pressure to factory setting of 33 psi, but when I drove the vehicle home I checked the tire pressures and they were exactly the same as when I dropped it off.
Makes me wonder what else they fudged, to rush me through.

My car has been towed in twice to this location because it wasn’t starting. On the second time it was towed I wasn’t there but the service rep I spoke to said it was ok to have the tow truck driver drop off my key. Josh called me and wasn’t even aware that my car had been towed in on a flatbed. He called me later to tell me the car problem hadn’t been replicated with the tech. I asked if I could drop off my other key fob to have it tested but explained I couldn’t drop it off until after they were closed. He said they had a lock box and told me he would call me in the morning. My car parents went out of their way to drop it off for me with my info on the envelope. Josh did not call in the morning. The following day when I came to pick it up after I was informed by Josh around 4:30 that the tech still wasn’t able to duplicate my problem. His overall tone was very condescending and he didn’t offer me any solution other than to have it towed in if happens again. When I picked up the car I only received one key fob back. I asked Josh where it was. He went outside to the lock box and pulled out the envelope I had dropped off. It was never tested. Josh asked if I spoke to anyone when I dropped it off. Obviously I didn’t because they were closed which is the whole reason for the lock box! I told him I spoke to him over the phone and that he was the one who told me how to use the lock box. He acted brand new like he had no recollection. The service manager came out to take over and he was somewhat more helpful with solutions to escalate my problem. However, upon driving the car home a message came up on my dash saying the key fob was low - the same key fob they allegedly tested. I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of quality service I received. I don’t feel safe driving my vehicle as it seems to be unreliable despite being a 2020.

Courteous staff. They must be really busy to rush everyone out of there and it's understandable. All I ask is that if I request service for something, a little communication would be great and not expect to hear that there is no problemsfound. It seems like a lot of customers have the same complaints.
