Ive been in twice for issue with my radio and they have reset it twice now and it still has been doing the same thing. I would think trying to find the issue of cause would be the better idea instead of resetting it each time to push a customer off.

Never received a call or text when my vehicle was ready for pick up, I had to call to find out my vehicle had been ready for hours. What a wasteful afternoon not being notified properly. I would probably go back to my old dealership for service.
