The new management team has eliminated customer specials entirely, which shows a lack of value for long-time customers. After years of bringing my vehicles here, I’m extremely disappointed to say I will not be returning to Toyota of Whittier.”

Mark did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or uninformed about anything. My trust was definitely earned today. I also liked the video I received from Ivan; he explained what he had done for my vehicles maintenance and what he suggested I’d get done. I went ahead and got the things done that were suggested. Lastly, I spoke briefly with Bryan when I first arrived. He was very welcoming and assured me that I would be completely satisfied with my visit. But for whatever reason if I wasn’t, he would make it right. Fortunately, he was right that I would be completely satisfied with my visit. Whittier Toyota is now my new home service center going forward.
The issue was resolved, but upon arrival the gentleman who checked me in didn’t ask for any proof of who I was. I feel like I could have picked up and taken my vehicle.
