2 reasons about this experience:
1. I needed a ride back to the dealership, but was unable to use your phone system because it sounded like the other person was underwater. I tried it on two different phones and it was the same result.
2. I was told to come by at 5:45 on Saturday to pick up my vehicle, but had to wait close to an hour after in order for it to be ready.
Not sure what happens this time, but this wasn’t a great experience for me.

The service department didn't answer when I called multiple times. I then had to talk to a salesman to transfer me to the service department, then they picked up. My vehicle was never fixed.my vehicle was unlocked sometime around 4pm and left unlocked ( I had to lock it myself through the app around 6:30pm). I don't know if someone was running my vehicle because when I locked the doors around 6:30pm, the overheating warning was not showing up on my app (health notification) anymore. There was no mechanics at that time so I feel my vehicle shouldn't have been turned on (if it was). On Monday the service department called me and asked me what happened to my vehicle because the scanner wasn't showing anything wrong. I told him "that's why I didn't want to start the vehicle, so you can see what the screen said". The service department couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle. I will not be take my vehicle there anymore...
