As I’ve completed Toyota surveys in the past, I’ve always been 100% honest in my assessment of the services rendered. In this case, I was greeted by Vanessa at my car and from that point on my experience was nothing less than superb. Vanessa was in constant communication with me, keeping me informed of the work being done and providing me with an estimated time of completion. My truck had more work to be done than anticipated and for that reason Vanessa offered me a loaner vehicle ( I declined the offer). Vanessa is truly what any person in a customer relations position should aspire to be like. I rate her *****!!!
