Chris was great and the experience was overall good but after looking over the vehicle again at home I found large rub marks on my hood and grill which will have to be buffed along with oil marks as well. Could’ve been more careful and I just hope I don’t find more after cleaning the vehicle.

Went in for oil change (10K MIN MENU SVC) 7am, quick and easy, no mention of any additional findings. Upon arrival at dealership I signed my invoice, paid and went home. Once home I reviewed the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection and EVERY single item was green, but when I looked at the Found Issues they found a Nail in my tire! Never mentioned that to me at all, never offered to sell me a tire and I started to feel that they sent me in an unsafe car, with a tire with a nail in it which was rotated to the front drivers side.

Excellent service! Chris is a customer-centered person! Didn’t hesitate to ask him questions which I would had been with the past staff I’ve talked to. Felt comfortable doing business with him, it was a pleasant experience that someone like him would man your service office! Get some more of his league please!
