Well I was quoted one price on upon making an appt to getting my car serviced and was charged double amount. Even though the person knew what make and model of car and given a price and like I said was charged double the amount. But Vanessa was a great person in seeing my needs..

I imagine its not easy to give the customer unwanted/unexpected news regarding a dire mechanical diagnosis on their vehicle, Francisco was thoughtful and empathetic and provided me with the gracious accommodation of a loaner vehicle while analysis took place through the time I needed to explore my options.
