My husband has been in the car business for 30 years and he was very impressed with Roberto’s knowledge & professionalism.
My problem with my trunk was not diagnosed correctly. Until I complained and it was looked at again and ultimately fixed. No communication other than automated messages. I checked on to replace air filter, never happened. I've only ever had Lexus service my vehicle and this was the most frustrating visit I've ever had.
