My Wife and I are truly grateful for the assistance we received from Lexus of Colorado Springs. You really came to our rescue as the windshield wipers failed on our new Lexus while it was pouring rain and we were returning to Denver from New Mexico. We are waiting for a part to come in due to a duplicate order from another dealership for this recall part. It took most of the day to get this status. We need this car for my wife’s schedule and no cars were available for us to borrow. Not upset about anything, we just spent a day and need to do that again.

2 hr wait on an oil change… but very nice waiting area. Appreciate the car wash too - just got back from vacation & didn’t have a chance to wash it before coming in.
