My vehicle was in shop over 1 week. Brought in for a rear bumper scratch and and separate issue of scratches on side panel from a car wash. My service advisor was a very poor communicator. Even though the bumper was done on day 1 I heard nothing from my advisor until Monday at 1pm. The paint guy looked at it on Thursday and despite advisor telling me he’s have an estimate Friday I had to call repeatedly trying to get status. Was told it was done and went to pick up on Tuesday and it had not been touched. Eirik, the service manager got involved and had it back by Thursday and it looks great. Thanks to the service manager getting involved the work was finally done.
He was amazing! I had to wait a little longer than expected and yet he took exceptional care of me and my car. I went in to brag about the experience to others throughout the day. Appreciate the fabulous service!

My LX was in for a nail in the tire (repair.) Unfortunately it wasn't repairable and had to be replaced. Everything thing was fine, the service consultant was exceptional. The only glitch is my new tire wasn't inflated to match the other tires. All of my other tires had 36 psi, the new one: 30 psi. I'm sure it's an oversight, but it is significant.
I had to ask why my car was still sitting there with the hazard lights on. It was 58 minutes after I got the notice it would be an hour for the repair and free wash. Robert then went back and got the crew to fix the tire which took 10 minutes. No wash, I said I didn’t have time to wait since I was on vacation and my wife was waiting for me to return.
