Roberto is a pleasure to work with! He truly exemplifies service excellence. He came out from behind the desk to greet me as I got out of my vehicle and called me by my name. It was a nice personal touch and shows the extra steps he goes to deliver warm service. He even talked me into a full service rather just an oil change by explaining why I would benefit for each add-on. He did that without being pushy or treating me like he knew better than me.
